Vertical Oil Separator (VOS) – Fat, Oil & Grease Separation

The Vertical Oil Separator has been designed to replace conventional belt skimmers and coalescing plate separators and offers high separation performance with minimal water content in the recovered oils with the following benefits:

  • Available in two standard sizes with skimming capacity from oil traps being 200 – 2000 l/hr
  • Manufactured with all product separation contact parts in stainless steel
  • Floor space requirement, small unit 0.6 m² and large unit 1.0 m²
  • VOS units are available for hydrocarbon oils 
  • It recovers both organic and inorganic oils
  • Low maintenance costs as the progressive cavity pump is the only wear part
  • Available with heater band to keep highly viscose oils in free flowing state
  • It can be configured to operate at any time interval
  • The electrical requirement is 220-240v / 1phs / 50-60 Hz at 0.4 – 1.9 Kw
