- The BP EcoSystem Vertical Oil Separator (VOS) can be supplied in many variations and sizes to suit small fat, oil and grease recovery and separation requirements at small vegetable oil extraction or processing plants to the larger Maximizing Oil Recovery Equipments (“MORE”) that can treat up to 15m³/hr and is ideally suited to recovering and separating vegetable oils for palm oil milling operations and the like.
- Standard BP EcoSystem VOS systems are available with a surface skimming capacity of 0.3m³/hr through 2.5m³/hr, larger custom built systems are available to suit customer’s specific requirements while standard BP EcoSystem standard “MORE” systems are available with capacities from 2m³/hr through to 15m³/hr
The Vertical Oil Separator has been designed to replace conventional belt skimmers and coalescing plate separators and offers high separation performance with minimal water content in the recovered oils
